config email in vtiger

I want setting to send email in vtiger. but I don't understand config where.
Kindly let us know the solution ASAP.

    Hi,
    - You need to have an Email account in some Email Server providing SMTP
    - You need to enable OpenSSL in your Server.
    - You server and your Email server should be able to communicate
    - Make sure to use right -
    SMTP Host
    SMTP Username
    SMTP Password
    SMTP Port
    SMTP POrt Type
    SMST Authentication

    - Then you need to set the above in Setting -

    DOMAIN.COM/index.php?parent=Settings&module=Vtiger&view=OutgoingServerDetail&block=8&fieldid=15
